So, who are we looking for? We're seeking a dedicated, passionate Community Manager. We need someone who loves spending time with wellness communities, such as yoga instructors, mindfulness coaches, or holistic health practitioners. Are you excited about the idea of supporting individuals on their wellness journey? Do you feel driven by a greater mission to support a worldwide community of healers and teachers? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
As our Community Manager, your mission will be to grow and nurture our vibrant community of users and practitioners. You'll spread our vision of accessible wellness and play a critical role in ensuring the success of everyone involved.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
Building and managing relationships with our community of practitioners and users.
Developing and implementing strategies to attract new practitioners and users to our platform.
Utilizing social media, direct engagement (both online and in-person), and other avenues to identify and onboard new members into our platform.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create powerful messaging that speaks to our mission and offerings.
Ensuring smooth onboarding and continued success of our practitioners and users.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for wellness and healing, along with a proven track record in community growth or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Fluency in English is required.
